Yam-Cake also known as Orh Kueh in Hokkien, written "芋头糕" in Chinese. It is made from yam pieces, dried prawns and rice flour.

It is a popular "snack" amongst the Malaysian and Singaporean communities.
Topped with deep fried shallots, spring onions, chilis and dried prawns, and served with Sweet sauce and Chili sauce.
